Objective:
To mobilize, support, and transform 50 Combined Schools through SayPro’s structured transformation programmes, aimed at improving leadership, governance, teaching quality, infrastructure development, and learner outcomes in both rural and urban contexts.
Key Activities:
- School Identification and Profiling
- Conduct needs assessments using the SayPro Combined School Strategic Assessment Tool
- Prioritize schools based on governance gaps, academic performance, infrastructure needs, and community involvement
- Stakeholder Onboarding and Capacity Building
- Host regional onboarding workshops for principals, SGBs, teachers, and community leaders
- Provide digital access to SayPro Toolkits, training manuals, and planning templates
- Implementation of SayPro Transformation Models
- Deploy SayPro’s Multi-phase Teaching Strategy to strengthen curriculum delivery
- Align Foundation and Senior Phase teaching through integrated campus strategies
- Introduce Digital Governance Dashboards for tracking leadership performance
- Strategic Partnerships and Resource Mobilization
- Link schools to SayPro’s network of funders, education experts, and service providers
- Facilitate Public-Private Partnerships to support infrastructure and digital upgrades
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)
- Conduct quarterly reviews using SayPro’s Performance Benchmarking Matrix
- Document progress in the Integrated Service Delivery Plan (ISDP) per school
- Publish a semi-annual impact report highlighting case studies and lessons learned
