    Position Overview

    The Strategic Partnerships Magazine Oversight Officer for the May Edition of SayPro Monthly Magazine will be responsible for overseeing the content related to strategic partnerships featured on the SayPro website. This position requires close coordination with the editorial team, department leads, and external partners to extract relevant, GPT-based thematic content. The role will play a critical part in ensuring high-quality content is uploaded, maintained, and aligned with the magazine’s editorial strategy.


    Key Responsibilities

    1. Oversee and Coordinate Content for the May Edition
      • Lead all activities related to the strategic partnerships section of SayPro Monthly Magazine for the May edition.
      • Ensure that all partnership-related content is properly aligned with the editorial calendar and thematic goals.
    2. Liaise with Editorial Team and Department Leads
      • Collaborate with SayPro’s editorial team and department leads to gather and extract 100 GPT-based strategic themes per prompt related to partnerships.
      • Ensure these themes are relevant, actionable, and aligned with SayPro’s global objectives.
    3. Develop and Execute GPT Prompts
      • Develop and implement targeted GPT prompts to extract specific, high-quality thematic content related to strategic partnerships.
      • Work with the AI tool to generate and refine topics and articles that will resonate with SayPro’s readership.
    4. Content Management and Documentation
      • Upload and manage received content and documentation from various SayPro departments via the SayPro site.
      • Ensure that all content is appropriately tagged, categorized, and stored in the system for easy access and future use.
    5. Weekly Reporting and Feedback
      • Prepare and submit weekly reports on progress, challenges, and achievements related to content generation, uploads, and partnership alignment.
      • Provide regular updates to the SayPro Strategic Partnerships Royalty management team using the SayPro platform.
    6. Standardize Templates and Quality Assurance
      • Standardize templates for partnership contributions to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with SayPro’s editorial guidelines.

    7. Maintain Contributor Documentation
