    Kgotso a ebe le Lena.

i greet you in the Zion way of greeting which means Peace be with you

Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed guests, and partners in progress,

It is with immense pride and gratitude that I stand before you today at this pivotal moment in our journey. We gather here not just to celebrate a milestone, but to ignite a movement—a movement that aims to uplift and empower the underprivileged and unemployed youth of our nation.

I would like to extend a warm welcome to our distinguished guests: Ngoako Ramolesana, CEO of Diepsloot Arsenal Development, and Bishop Saki Kweba, CEO of Citizen in the Kingdom of God. Your presence here today signifies the collective commitment we share towards creating a brighter future for our youth.

As we launch our 2025-2030 Milestone and Timeline Development and Growth initiative, we are setting our sights on an ambitious yet achievable goal: to reach and positively impact 500,000 underprivileged and unemployed youth across South Africa. This is not just a number; it represents lives, dreams, and futures that we can help transform.

    Why youth?

Youth are the heartbeat of our society. They are the innovators, the dreamers, and the change-makers of tomorrow. Yet, we know that many of them face insurmountable challenges—limited access to education, lack of job opportunities, and systemic barriers that stifle their potential. It is our responsibility, as leaders and as a community, to break down these barriers and provide pathways to success.

Our initiative is built on three foundational pillars: Education, Empowerment, and Employment.

    1. Education: We will invest in educational programs that equip our youth with the skills they need to thrive in a rapidly changing job market. This includes vocational training, mentorship programs, and partnerships with educational institutions to ensure that our youth are not just prepared for jobs, but are prepared for careers.
    2. Empowerment: We believe in the power of empowerment. Through workshops, leadership training, and personal development programs, we will instill confidence and resilience in our youth. We want them to believe in their potential and to understand that they are capable of achieving greatness.
    3. Employment: Finally, we will forge partnerships with businesses and organizations to create job opportunities for our youth. By connecting them with employers who value diversity and inclusion, we can ensure that our youth have access to meaningful employment that not only supports them but also enriches our communities.

But we cannot do this alone.

We need the support and collaboration of every stakeholder in this room and beyond. Together, we can create a network of resources, mentorship, and opportunities that will empower our youth to rise above their circumstances. I urge each of you to join us in this mission. Whether you are a business leader, a community organizer, or a faith-based leader, your involvement is crucial.

As we embark on this journey, let us remember that every small action can lead to significant change. Let us be the catalysts for transformation in the lives of our youth. Let us inspire them to dream big and to pursue those dreams with unwavering determination.

In closing, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your commitment to this cause. Together, we can create a future where every young person has the opportunity to succeed, to contribute, and to thrive.

Let us make the next five years a period of unprecedented growth and development for our youth. Together, we can reach our goal of impacting 500,000 lives and, in doing so, we will not only change individual futures but also the future of our nation.

    My message shall end here.
