- A strong understanding of content creation workflows within television or multimedia environments, including program development, co-production, and storytelling tailored for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in audience analytics, with the ability to interpret viewership data, demographic trends, and digital engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in facilitating or supporting cross-industry collaborations, particularly between media houses and sectors such as government, education, health, youth development, or corporate social responsibility (CSR).
- The ability to design or adapt content that aligns with both editorial standards and development goals, ensuring relevance, cultural sensitivity, and measurable impact.
- Familiarity with digital tools used for content scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking across broadcast and online platforms.
