1. SayPro Crèche/ECD Service Quality Audit Template
- Used for regular assessments of service delivery standards, safety, and compliance within Crèches and ECD Centres.
2. Customer Communication Tracking Sheet
- Logs all parent, guardian, and community interactions, including inquiries and follow-ups.
3. Service Complaint & Response Log
- Records all complaints received, actions taken, and resolution status for quality assurance and accountability.
4. Digital Interaction Feedback Form (Parents/Guardians)
- Collects structured feedback from families on their experience with ECD services via online or mobile platforms.
5. Staff Training Outcome Tracker (SayPro)
- Monitors participation, completion rates, and assessment results of staff training modules facilitated by SayPro.
6. Partnership Engagement Map Template
- Visualizes collaboration networks among SayPro, municipalities, training authorities, and parent groups.
7. Quarterly Performance Review Template for ECD Services
- Provides a comprehensive framework for summarizing and evaluating service delivery performance on a quarterly basis.
