To ensure timely collection, review, and digital storage of quarterly strategic development plans submitted by all participating Combined Schools. This supports continuous monitoring, evaluation, and alignment of school improvement initiatives with SayPro’s strategic goals.
Process Overview
- Plan Submission by Schools
- Schools prepare quarterly strategic development plans outlining progress, challenges, and future priorities.
- Plans must adhere to SayPro’s prescribed templates and include key focus areas such as leadership, academic outcomes, infrastructure, and community partnerships.
- Uploading via SayPro Digital Platform
- Schools or designated coordinators upload their quarterly plans through the secure SayPro Website portal.
- Each file should be named clearly, following the format:
SchoolName_StrategicPlan_Q[1-4]_Year.pdf(e.g., “NombuleloCombined_Q2_2025.pdf”).
- Verification and Quality Control
- SayPro Coordinators review uploaded documents for completeness and alignment with programme objectives.
- Feedback is communicated to schools if revisions are needed.
- Archiving and Access
- Approved plans are archived in SayPro’s central digital repository for access by leadership and partners.
- The repository is organized by school and quarter for easy tracking.
