Objective:
To build capacity among school event coordinators by providing comprehensive training on SayPro’s digital tools, safety protocols, and best practices to ensure successful and secure school events.
Key Activities:
- Training Needs Assessment:
- Identify coordinators requiring training and assess their current skill levels.
- Tailor training content to address gaps and practical needs.
- Training Content Development:
- Develop modules covering SayPro event planning tools, safety and child protection protocols, reporting requirements, and stakeholder communication.
- Include hands-on exercises and real-life scenarios.
- Training Delivery:
- Schedule and conduct virtual and/or in-person training sessions.
- Utilize SayPro’s learning management system for interactive modules and resources.
- Provide training materials and user guides for ongoing reference.
- Evaluation and Support:
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge gain.
- Offer follow-up support through online forums, Q&A sessions, and direct assistance.
- Encourage coordinators to apply learning by managing upcoming events with SayPro tools.
Deliverables:
- At least 60 school event coordinators trained and certified in SayPro tools and protocols.
- Training attendance records and assessment results.
- Training materials and digital resource packages distributed.
Timeline:
- Completion targeted within the scheduled training period.
