- Send formal invitations with clear objectives, agenda, and participation instructions.
- Session Planning:
- Develop structured agendas focusing on key themes such as event planning, partnership collaboration, resource mobilization, and impact measurement.
- Prepare discussion guides, presentation materials, and feedback tools (e.g., polls, breakout sessions).
- Technical Setup:
- Arrange reliable online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) with necessary access and security protocols.
- Test audio-visual equipment and connectivity prior to sessions.
- Facilitation and Documentation:
