Objective:

Key Activities:

1. Sponsor Identification:
   • Use the SayPro matchmaking platform to identify potential sponsors aligned with SayPro’s mission and school event needs.
   • Profile sponsors’ interests, capacities, and previous engagement history.
2. Engagement Outreach:
   • Initiate communication with selected sponsors to present partnership opportunities and benefits.
   • Facilitate introduction meetings or virtual presentations involving schools and sponsors.
3. Negotiation and Agreement:
   • Support schools and sponsors in negotiating terms of sponsorship including financial support, in-kind donations, or mentorship roles.
   • Draft or review sponsorship agreements ensuring clarity on expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Upload signed sponsorship agreements and engagement summaries to the SayPro portal.
   • Monitor initial sponsor involvement and feedback.

Deliverables:
