Key Activities:
- Stakeholder Mapping:
- Identify relevant community groups, local NGOs, businesses, and government agencies interested in supporting school events.
- Use SayPro’s partnership database and networking tools to find suitable partners.
- Outreach and Engagement:
- Initiate contact with potential community partners to introduce SayPro’s event partnership opportunities.
- Organize virtual or in-person meetings to discuss collaboration possibilities.
- Partnership Formalization:
- Assist schools and community partners in drafting and signing Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) or partnership agreements via SayPro’s platform.
- Ensure clarity on roles, responsibilities, and resource commitments.
- Joint Event Planning:
- Support collaborative development of event proposals that integrate community input and resources.
- Facilitate shared scheduling, budgeting, and logistics planning on the platform.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track partnership progress and event milestones using SayPro’s project management tools.
- Collect feedback from schools and community partners post-event for continuous improvement.
