Job Title: High School Events Strategic Partnerships Coordinator

Reports To: Executive Head – SayPro Strategic Partnerships Royalty
Work Mode: Online (via SayPro Website) | Optional onsite at Neftalopolis
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and Support Schools:
Assist SayPro-affiliated high schools in developing and submitting comprehensive event proposals using the SayPro planning interface, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Partnership Coordination:
Act as the liaison between schools, event sponsors, local education departments, and community organizations through SayPro’s virtual partnership management tools to facilitate smooth collaboration. - Data Collection & Reporting:
Collect, review, and upload all post-event evaluation forms, attendance records, financial reports, and narrative summaries onto the SayPro portal to maintain accurate records and inform impact analysis. - Training Delivery:
Conduct workshops and training sessions focused on ethical sponsorship acquisition, event safety protocols, and best practices to maximize student participation and uphold SayPro standards. - Documentation & Archiving:
Maintain comprehensive records of all event-related data including reports, photographs, and partnership outcomes in SayPro’s centralized Events Logbook for monitoring, evaluation, and future reference.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in event planning, partnership management, or educational programme coordination.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools and online collaboration platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Commitment to ethical standards and youth development.
