As part of SCSPR-25, SayPro is intensifying its strategic partnerships with municipalities, training authorities, and parents to foster a unified and community-rooted approach to service excellence in Early Childhood Development (ECD) environments.
Objective:
To build cooperative, cross-sector partnerships that promote sustainable, high-quality, and inclusive early learning services through collaborative leadership, policy alignment, and parent-driven accountability.
Key Stakeholder Groups & Engagement Goals:
🏛️ 1. Municipalities
- Formalize partnership agreements with local government to:
- Support the registration and compliance of Crèches and ECD Centres
- Improve infrastructure and facility access through municipal grants or land use support
- Coordinate joint community outreach programmes on child health, safety, and nutrition
- SayPro Tools Provided:
- Municipal Reporting Dashboards for local ECD indicators
- ECD Facility Compliance Tracker
- Monthly coordination roundtables hosted by SayPro and district officials
🎓 2. Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs)
- Collaborate with ETDP SETA and HWSETA to:
- Align SayPro’s ECD training with accredited qualifications
- Offer subsidized bursaries and stipends for SayPro ECD trainees
- Develop custom competency pathways for ECD administrators and teaching assistants
