Process Overview
1. Selection of Case Studies
- Identify two Combined Schools demonstrating outstanding performance in areas such as:
- Leadership and governance innovation
- Academic improvement and learner support
- Infrastructure development and resource mobilisation
- Community engagement and partnerships
- Use SayPro’s Performance Dashboard and stakeholder recommendations to select candidates.
2. Data Collection and Validation
- Conduct interviews with school leadership, staff, learners, and community representatives.
- Review relevant documentation: strategic plans, audit reports, partnership agreements, and learner outcomes.
- Collect multimedia evidence (photos, videos) to enrich the case studies.
3. Case Study Development
- Draft comprehensive narratives outlining:
- Context and challenges
- Strategies employed
- Outcomes achieved
- Lessons learned and recommendations
- Ensure clarity, practical insights, and replicability.
4. Review and Approval
- Circulate drafts to the schools involved for validation and consent.
- Obtain approval from the SayPro Strategic Partnerships Royalty.
