Objective
To strategically identify, register, and digitally onboard 20 priority Combined Schools into SayPro’s digital partnership and support system, enabling access to governance toolkits, performance tracking, and school development resources.
Process Overview
✅ 1. Identification of Target Combined Schools
- Criteria for Selection:
- Geographical representation (urban/rural balance across provinces)
- Demonstrated need for governance, infrastructure, or academic support
- Willingness to participate in SayPro strategic partnership activities
- Presence of full education spectrum (ECD, Primary, Secondary)
- Sources of Identification:
- Department of Basic Education school lists
- Referrals from regional education officers and municipal leaders
- SayPro stakeholder recommendations
- Existing schools expressing interest through SayPro outreach channels
📍 2. Pre-Onboarding Assessment
- Conduct initial assessments using:
- SayPro School Readiness Checklist
- Combined School Infrastructure and Performance Audit Template
- Community engagement and SGB interviews
- Assign internal SayPro coordinators to guide onboarding and digital system orientation.
🖥️ 3. Digital System Onboarding
Each selected school will be onboarded to the SayPro Digital School Support System, which includes:
- Creation of a school profile on the SayPro online platform
- Uploading of governance documents, strategic plans, and key contact information
- Training of school leaders and SGB members on:
- SayPro e-learning tools
- Reporting dashboards
- Strategic planning templates
- Stakeholder engagement tracking tools
🔄 4. Access and Activation
Once onboarded, each school will receive:
- Access to SayPro’s Combined School Toolkit
- Logins for key personnel (Principal, SGB Chair, Admin Officer)
- A SayPro School Integration Matrix to align services and phase-level collaboration
- Invitations to SayPro Academy sessions and stakeholder roundtables

Reporting and Oversight
All onboarding activities will be monitored by:
- SayPro Strategic Partnership Coordinator – Combined Schools
- Regional Coordinators assigned per province
- SayPro M&E and Technology Teams
Monthly reports will be submitted to the Director – SayPro Strategic Partnerships Royalty with school-level progress updates and engagement metrics.
