Objective
To convene and facilitate three strategic virtual stakeholder planning forums using SayPro’s secure digital conferencing tools, enabling inclusive, data-driven, and action-oriented dialogue around the development of Combined Schools across South Africa.
Purpose of the Forums
- Align school-based stakeholders, government departments, and community representatives on shared development goals.
- Promote collaborative planning on issues of curriculum, infrastructure, governance, and community involvement.
- Introduce and train stakeholders on the use of SayPro’s digital toolkits and strategic templates.
- Establish clear roles, timelines, and action points for integrated school support.
