As part of its ongoing commitment to elevate the quality of Early Childhood Development (ECD) services, SayPro will enroll 50 Crèches and ECD Centres into the SayPro Service Improvement Framework during this operational period.
Objectives:
- To systematically onboard 50 centres into SayPro’s structured service enhancement programme
- To ensure centres adopt SayPro’s customer service standards, tools, and protocols
- To build capacity among centre administrators and staff for continuous quality improvement
- To establish consistent monitoring and evaluation mechanisms within participating centres
Enrollment Process:
- Identification and Selection:
- Collaborate with local municipalities and training authorities to identify eligible centres
- Prioritize centres demonstrating readiness and commitment to service improvement
- Orientation and Onboarding:
- Conduct introductory sessions explaining the Service Improvement Framework
- Register centres formally within the SayPro digital platform
- Resource Deployment:
- Provide SayPro service standards manuals, audit templates, and digital tools
- Assign dedicated SayPro coordinators for mentorship and support
- Capacity Building:
- Facilitate training workshops on customer service, complaint management, and data reporting
- Introduce centres to SayPro’s digital CRM and feedback mechanisms
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Schedule regular service quality audits and parent feedback collection
- Use SayPro’s Partnership Tracker for progress reporting and support
