Objective:
To systematically assess and monitor the performance of SayPro-affiliated Crèches and Early Childhood Development (ECD) Centres by digitally evaluating 20 key service delivery indicators through SayPro Scorecards.


Key Activities:

  • Utilize the SayPro Digital Scorecard Platform to input and track 20 pre-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance.
  • KPIs include metrics such as parent satisfaction rates, staff training completion, complaint resolution times, safety audit scores, and digital communication responsiveness.
  • Automate data collection via integration with SayPro CRM and digital feedback tools for real-time accuracy.
  • Analyze scorecard results to identify performance gaps and prioritize areas for improvement.
  • Generate monthly digital reports summarizing KPI trends, achievements, and recommendations for SayPro leadership and centre managers.
