SayPro Conduct 1 Pilot School Development Simulation Using SayPro Planning Models

Objective:

To conduct a full-scale simulation of a school development process in one selected Combined School, utilizing SayPro’s planning models, digital toolkits, and integrated frameworks to test, refine, and showcase SayPro’s end-to-end support model before district-wide rollout.

Key Activities:

1. Pilot School Selection
   • Identify and onboard one Combined School in collaboration with the local district education office.
   • Conduct a baseline assessment using the SayPro Combined School Strategic Assessment Tool.
2. Scenario-Based Simulation Design
   • Develop a simulated yet realistic development plan including infrastructure, curriculum delivery, leadership training, and community engagement.
   • Use SayPro’s Integrated Service Delivery Plan (ISDP) to coordinate interventions.
3. Toolkit and Model Deployment
   • Apply the following SayPro planning models and tools:
     • Governance Strengthening Framework
     • Multi-phase Teaching Strategy
     • Leadership and SGB Coaching Tools
     • Infrastructure Planning and Maintenance Toolkit
     • Digital Transformation Planning Templates
4. Facilitated Simulation Sessions
   • Conduct a 3-day simulation including role-plays, workshops, planning sessions, and mock implementation reviews involving:

5. Evaluation and Lessons Learned
   • Assess outcomes and implementation barriers using SayPro’s Performance Benchmarking Matrix.
   • Document all findings, recommendations, and scalable elements.

   • Host a post-simulation review with stakeholders.
   • Create a video case study and visual report to guide replication in other schools.
