To build capacity and improve regulatory compliance among private schools by launching a pilot mentorship programme that pairs SayPro partners with private school administrators for hands-on guidance and support.

- Mentorship Model:

- Focus areas include regulatory documentation, governance best practices, inspection preparedness, and use of SayPro compliance tools
- Development of customized compliance improvement plans for each mentee school
- Periodic progress reviews and reporting to SayPro Strategic Partnerships Royalty
