Job Purpose:
To lead and support regulatory engagement, partnership development, and compliance facilitation between SayPro and privately-run education institutions, while advancing SayPro’s strategic goals of access, equity, and regulatory excellence in the private education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
📞 Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct virtual engagement sessions with private school stakeholders using the SayPro Digital Conference Suite.
- Coordinate strategic roundtables and consultations with provincial and national education oversight bodies.
🗃️ Compliance Data Coordination
- Oversee private school registration and digital compliance uploads via the SayPro system.
- Track data submissions and ensure institutions meet SayPro’s compliance documentation timelines.
📋 Feedback Collection and Analysis
- Gather and log regulatory feedback, insights, and challenges from SayPro-partnered schools.
- Summarize trends and report barriers to compliance to the Strategic Partnerships Royalty Director.
🧩 Solution Development and Documentation
- Document regulatory obstacles and co-develop action strategies with internal teams.
- Upload resolutions and best-practice models into SayPro’s Strategic Recommendations Database.
📊 Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor progress of regulatory action plans and ensure real-time updates are captured in SayPro’s Quarterly Compliance Dashboard.
- Alert leadership to high-risk or delayed compliance cases for follow-up.
📚 Toolkit and Content Development
- Contribute to the creation, editing, and dissemination of regulatory toolkits, FAQs, guides, and templates hosted on the SayPro platform.
- Support translation and localization of content where required.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Strong understanding of education regulation and accreditation frameworks (South African context preferred)
- Experience in stakeholder management or partnerships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with confidence using digital systems and CRM platforms

- Number of schools onboarded to the compliance platform
- Number of digital sessions and stakeholder consultations held
- Timeliness of compliance uploads and reporting
