This initiative was framed within SCSPR-20, emphasizing the strategic priority of upskilling human capital to ensure that all infrastructure development projects for Community Education Centres (CECs) meet the highest standards of responsible construction, comply with national regulations, and align with SayPro’s vision for educational transformation.
