- Outlines specific duties, assigned regions/institutions, and performance indicators.
- Must be signed by the supervising Director and aligned to the SCSPR-22 strategic focus.

- A detailed log of all communications (emails, meetings, calls, platform messages) with private college representatives and partners.
- Should include dates, key discussion points, and follow-up actions.
- 🏫 Private College Profile & Needs Assessment Form
- Completed form for each assigned college partner, capturing institutional details, strengths, gaps, and strategic opportunities.
- Forms must be verified by the college and digitally signed.
- 💬 SayPro College Partner Feedback Form
- A structured summary of feedback received from partner colleges regarding SayPro tools, collaboration processes, and overall satisfaction.
- Must be submitted monthly and inform the internal review cycle.
- 📊 Monthly Progress Report (SayPro Format)
- Standardized template provided via the SayPro platform, documenting progress against objectives, challenges faced, and outcomes achieved for the month of March.
- Includes graphical summaries and action tracking.
- ⚠️ Institutional Risk and Opportunity Summary
- A strategic assessment of potential risks (e.g., legal, operational, reputational) and emerging opportunities at the institutional level.
- Must be evidence-based and submitted as part of the Strategic Risk Log.

- A final, internally reviewed and approved action plan outlining March-to-June activities with each assigned college.
