Purpose:
To document, share, and promote best practices in responsible and resilience-oriented partnerships, SayPro staff are tasked with developing five (5) detailed case studies. These case studies will serve as valuable knowledge resources to inspire, guide, and inform current and future partners.
Key Objectives:
- Showcase practical examples of partnerships that exemplify SayPro’s values of responsibility, accountability, and impact.
- Highlight the processes, outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned from each partnership.
- Support ongoing capacity-building and knowledge-sharing within SayPro’s ecosystem.
Guidelines for Case Study Development:
📝 Content Structure:
- Title: Clear and concise partnership name
- Background: Context and partners involved
- Objectives: Goals of the partnership
- Activities: Key actions and interventions
- Outcomes & Impact: Measurable results and community benefits
- Challenges & Solutions: Obstacles faced and how they were overcome
- Lessons Learned: Insights for replication and scaling
- Supporting Data: Quantitative and qualitative evidence (photos, testimonials, KPIs)
📑 Formatting Requirements:
- Length: 1,000 – 1,500 words
- Format: PDF or Word document using the SayPro Case Study Template (available on platform)
- Include high-quality images with captions
- Use accessible language, avoiding jargon
Submission Process:
- Draft each case study using the SayPro template.
- Submit draft for internal review to the Resilience Partnerships Office.
- Incorporate feedback and finalize documents.
- Upload the final case studies to the SayPro Knowledge Bank digital repository under the SCSPR-12 folder.
- Tag entries with relevant keywords: #ResponsiblePartnerships #Resilience #SCSPR12
Deadline:
All five case studies must be developed, approved, and uploaded by 31 March.
