Purpose:
To support SayPro’s commitment to responsible and transparent partnerships, designated staff will assist ten (10) partner organizations with the accurate and timely uploading of their Responsible Partnership Frameworks to the SayPro platform. This ensures compliance, visibility, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Key Objectives:
- Provide technical and procedural support to partners for framework submission.
- Ensure that all uploaded frameworks meet SayPro’s quality and formatting standards.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and enhance partner confidence in using the SayPro digital platform.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions and follow up with partners on outstanding uploads.
Steps to Assist Organizations:
🟢 Preparation:
- Identify 10 partner organizations due for Responsible Partnership Framework upload.
- Review the SayPro Upload Portal user guide and prepare support materials.
- Schedule onboarding or assistance sessions with each organization.
🔵 Assistance Delivery:
- Guide partners through the registration and login process on the SayPro Partner Upload Portal.
- Provide step-by-step walkthroughs (virtual or in-person) on uploading documents.
- Verify framework documents for completeness and adherence to standards before final submission.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues encountered during upload.
🟡 Follow-up and Documentation:
- Confirm successful upload via portal confirmation receipts.
- Record submission details (organization name, date, document ID) in the SayPro Partner Compliance Tracker.
- Send reminders or provide additional support for any partners with pending uploads.
