🎯 Objective of the Role
To lead SayPro’s national strategic outreach and business enablement efforts across TVET colleges by:
- Building collaborative, sustainable programs
- Supporting youth entrepreneurship development
- Co-managing institutional incubation strategies
- Integrating SayPro’s business development model across college ecosystems
The officer will serve as a critical link between SayPro, TVET college management, industry stakeholders, and public-sector partners.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
🔗 Partnership Development & Management
- Develop and maintain a dynamic partnership network within the TVET sector.
- Identify new strategic collaboration opportunities aligned with SayPro’s development model.
- Manage relationship pipelines and institutional contacts via SayPro CRM.
💡 Business Enablement & Innovation
- Use SayPro GPT to generate a minimum of 100 business enablement topic ideas per session, customized for TVET entrepreneurship.
- Align generated themes with curriculum delivery, incubation, and market readiness activities.
- Lead the design and facilitation of SayPro’s entrepreneurship labs, bootcamps, and innovation challenges at TVET colleges.
🧾 Documentation & Process Coordination
- Coordinate the drafting of proposals, partnership concept notes, project agreements, and internal approvals.
- Upload all signed MoUs, contracts, and institutional agreements to SayPro’s digital platform.
- Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and compliance with SayPro documentation protocols.
👥 Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the liaison between SayPro, college leadership, private sector funders, and public entities.
- Represent SayPro in stakeholder meetings, forums, and working groups relevant to TVET transformation and youth development.
🧠 Capacity Building
- Facilitate regular training sessions for SayPro and TVET teams on:
- Business planning and modelling tools
- Digital platforms and incubation technology
- Customer discovery and stakeholder engagement techniques
📊 Monitoring, Reporting & Knowledge Sharing
- Log all activities, engagements, and project KPIs on SayPro systems.
- Submit monthly reports, GPT logs, and progress dashboards in accordance with SCSPR reporting cycles.
- Contribute to SayPro knowledge hubs by documenting best practices, tools, and success stories.
✅ Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong experience in partnerships, incubation, or enterprise development.
- Familiarity with TVET sector policies and systems.
- Digital fluency, including CRM platforms and GPT-based content generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration.
