The SayPro TVET Colleges Strategic Partnerships Office has successfully advanced strategic business enablement initiatives across multiple regions during June 2025. This report outlines progress on the development and implementation of business enablement projects designed to foster entrepreneurship, enhance college-industry collaboration, and strengthen the sustainability of TVET student enterprises.

Following the directives from the SayPro Strategic Partnerships Royalty and aligned with the SayPro Proposal Development framework, three (3) innovative business enablement projects were created and initiated in each targeted region. These projects aim to unlock economic opportunities for TVET students and local communities while embedding SayPro’s core values of empowerment, partnership, and innovation.

  • Develop and launch 3 business enablement projects per region focusing on entrepreneurship, skills transfer, and incubation support.
  • Strengthen collaborative networks between TVET colleges, local businesses, and industry partners.
  • Expand SayPro’s footprint in TVET college ecosystems by delivering actionable and sustainable partnership models.
  • Collect data and document project milestones in the SayPro Docs Portal to ensure transparency and replicability.

3. Overview of Business Enablement Projects per Region

3.1 Region A (e.g., Eastern Cape)

  • Project 1: TVET Entrepreneurship Incubator
    Established a pilot incubation hub at XYZ TVET College, offering mentorship and access to seed funding for student startups in agro-processing and digital services.
  • Project 2: Local Business Partnership Network
    Formed a network linking TVET students with 10 local SMEs for apprenticeship and business development opportunities.
  • Project 3: Skills-to-Market Workshops
    Conducted a series of practical workshops teaching marketing, finance, and digital skills tailored for student entrepreneurs.

3.2 Region B (e.g., Gauteng)
