Following the directives from the SayPro Strategic Partnerships Royalty and aligned with the SayPro Proposal Development framework, three (3) innovative business enablement projects were created and initiated in each targeted region. These projects aim to unlock economic opportunities for TVET students and local communities while embedding SayPro’s core values of empowerment, partnership, and innovation.

- Collect data and document project milestones in the SayPro Docs Portal to ensure transparency and replicability.
3. Overview of Business Enablement Projects per Region
3.1 Region A (e.g., Eastern Cape)
- Project 1: TVET Entrepreneurship Incubator
Established a pilot incubation hub at XYZ TVET College, offering mentorship and access to seed funding for student startups in agro-processing and digital services. - Project 2: Local Business Partnership Network
