📝 Submission Guidelines

All documents listed below must be uploaded individually in PDF format through the official SCSPR-15 submission portal on the SayPro website. Incomplete submissions will not be processed or approved.


Required Documents Checklist

  1. Proof of Affiliation with SayPro
    • Must be a signed and dated letter confirming your role (e.g., employee, consultant, volunteer).
    • Format: SayPro Letterhead (provided by HR or Strategic Office).
  2. Communication Strategy Brief
    • Outlines your contribution or proposed strategy under the SCSPR-15 initiative.
    • Must use the official SayPro Communication Strategy Template.
  3. Updated Professional Profile or CV
    • Clearly showing your background, area of expertise, and current SayPro responsibilities.
  4. Completed GPT Prompt Log Sheet
    • Log sheet listing all AI-generated communication themes or strategies used/submitted.
    • Format: SayPro GPT Log Template (Excel or PDF).
  5. Media Compliance and Consent Form
    • Grants SayPro permission to use your name, media submissions, or campaign contributions.
    • Required for all staff/participants engaging in public-facing communication projects.
  6. Partnership Mapping Submission Form
    • Identifies and describes potential or active institutional partners you are engaging.
    • Format: SayPro Partner Mapping Template (downloadable via portal).
  7. Press Release or Public Statement Draft(If applicable)
    • Submit a draft of your media content if contributing to an event, program launch, or campaign.
    • SayPro Communications Team will edit and finalize upon approval.

📬 Submission Instructions

  • Log in to the SCSPR-15 Portal.
  • Select “Upload My Submission” under your user profile.
  • Ensure each file is named clearly (e.g., JohnDoe_CV.pdf, JaneMokoena_StrategyBrief.pdf).
  • All uploads must be completed by the designated deadline communicated in your invitation or email.
