🧭 Participation Steps

1. Registration

• Complete the online form at:

• Receive confirmation email with Zoom link + calendar invite

2. Workshop Access (via Zoom)

• Click the Zoom link 10 minutes before the session
• Zoom ID: 890-XXX-XXXX | Passcode: SAYPRO2025

3. During the Session

• Mute mic when not speaking
• Rename yourself to: Full Name – Region (e.g., Noluthando M – EC)
• Participate in polls, breakout rooms, and Q&A
• Complete the in-session attendance form (Google Form link in chat)

4. After the Session

• Receive e-Certificate of Attendance (for sessions above 60 minutes)
• Get access to slides, recordings, and follow-up materials via SayPro Hub
