🔄 Submission Process

  1. Collect all documents in the correct formats.
  2. Name each file clearly (e.g., Name_CV_June2025.pdf).
  3. Upload to the SayPro Staff Portal or email to:

  4. Subject Line: Document Submission – [Full Name] – [Department/Program]
  5. Deadline: Within 10 working days of onboarding, program acceptance, or quarterly renewal.

📌 Additional Notes

  • Templates for the Strategic Engagement Plan and Quarterly Partnership Report will be provided via email or download portal.
  • Non-compliance may affect access to SayPro platforms, stipends, or participation benefits.
  • Consent forms must be physically or digitally signed before any public/media involvement.
