Training 20 SayPro Staff or Affiliates in Law Enforcement Accreditation Processes
Objective
To equip 20 selected SayPro staff members or affiliates with in-depth knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to support, evaluate, and manage accreditation processes for police training and law enforcement qualifications.
Training Goals
- Build internal expertise to oversee compliance with national and international accreditation standards.
- Enable participants to review curricula, perform quality audits, and manage documentation aligned to SayPro and African qualification frameworks.
- Strengthen SayPro’s institutional capacity to lead public safety transformation through certified, ethical, and standards-based policing education.
Training Structure

| Module 2: Standards & Frameworks | Overview of SAQA, African NQFs, and international policing training standards (e.g. UN, INTERPOL). |
| Module 3: Curriculum Evaluation | Tools and techniques for mapping, benchmarking, and validating law enforcement curricula. |
| Module 4: Quality Assurance & Audits | Conducting compliance audits, site visits, and documentation review processes. |
| Module 5: Digital Systems & Databases | Training on SayPro’s accreditation portal, submission tools, and partner mapping dashboard. |
| Module 6: Stakeholder Engagement | Collaborating with training providers, regulatory bodies, and regional councils. |
Delivery Plan
- Format: Blended learning (virtual workshops, online modules, and practical assessments)
- Duration: 4 weeks (3 sessions per week, 2 hours each)
- Trainers: Internal experts and external consultants from SAYPro’s Strategic Accreditation Office
- Assessment: Final project – Each participant conducts a mock curriculum review with reporting
- Certification: Participants receive a SayPro Certified Accreditation Associate credential
Selection Criteria for Trainees
- Current SayPro staff or vetted affiliates with interest in policing, education, or quality assurance
- Demonstrated commitment to compliance, professional development, and public service
- Recommendation by departmental heads or SayPro partner offices
Expected Outcomes
- 20 trained personnel ready to lead or support accreditation assignments.
- Strengthened quality assurance framework within SayPro’s law enforcement accreditation unit.
- Improved internal turnaround time on curriculum reviews, audits, and qualification validations.
