Role Overview
The Health Strategic Partnership Coordinator will work under the guidance of the SayPro Chiefs Strategic Partnerships Office to strengthen collaboration between traditional leadership structures, health professionals, and community-based providers. The goal is to identify, document, and scale impactful health engagement strategies that address local health needs, improve awareness, and promote SayPro’s mission of health equity.
Key Responsibilities
- 🔎 Community Needs Assessment
Identify and report on priority health concerns within communities led by traditional leaders. - 🗺️ Health Provider Mapping
Map and profile local clinics, NGOs, and practitioners to support partnership alignment and service delivery coordination. - 🤝 Session Coordination
Organize and facilitate virtual or in-person sessions between SayPro, health professionals, and traditional leaders for dialogue and collaboration. - 📢 Health Messaging Facilitation
Support the development and distribution of health education content through local, accessible channels (e.g., traditional gatherings, local radio, WhatsApp groups). - 📝 Documentation & Tracking
Maintain accurate records of all engagement activities, meetings, and community interactions for internal publication and potential policy use. - 🧾 Community Health Report Contribution
Submit at least one written Community Health Report that outlines observations, outcomes, and strategic recommendations. - 🛡️ Brand Representation
Uphold SayPro’s strategic values, ethics, and professional brand when engaging with chiefs, stakeholders, and community members.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong interest in public health, community development, or traditional leadership structures
- Experience or knowledge in stakeholder coordination and field reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-cultural settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to SayPro’s mission of inclusive, community-led transformation
