  • Share final draft with Strategic Partnerships Office and key partners for review.
  • Collect approvals and last-minute feedback; make any urgent revisions.
  • Confirm legal and copyright compliance with SayPro’s editorial/legal teams.

5. Publishing

  • Upload the finalized magazine issue to SayPro’s online platform.
  • Prepare print version (if applicable) and coordinate with printers.
  • Schedule digital release date and time; coordinate with marketing and communications teams.

6. Promotion & Distribution

  • Launch targeted email campaigns announcing the new issue to subscribers and partners.
  • Use social media channels to highlight key partnership stories and call-to-actions.
