2. Number of Existing Partnerships Strengthened

• Definition: The total count of current partnerships with documented evidence of increased engagement, joint initiatives, resource sharing, or formal renewal of agreements during the reporting period.
• Measurement: Documented joint activities, co-hosted events, increased resource commitments, renewed contracts, or positive stakeholder feedback demonstrating deepened collaboration.
