As part of the recruitment and selection process for the Tshwane TVET College Learnership Programme, interviews were conducted on 28/05/2025. The objective of the interview process is to select motivated and eligible learners who meet the programme’s criteria and demonstrate potential for growth and learning.

Interview Process

Each candidate was interviewed individually by the panel using a structured and standardized set of questions. The panel assessed learners on several key criteria including communication skills, motivation, commitment to the programme, and alignment with career goals.

The learners who participated showed high levels of enthusiasm and readiness, and the session proceeded smoothly without any disruptions. Panel members recorded individual observations and evaluation scores for all interviewed learners

Next Steps

The interview process will continue tomorrow to accommodate the remaining 3 learners who did not attend, and to ensure we reach the target of 50 learners for the programme. The same format and criteria will be applied to ensure fairness and consistency.
