Position Summary:
The Programs Strategic Partnerships Coordinator is a key contributor to SayPro’s content innovation and stakeholder engagement efforts. This role is responsible for generating AI-assisted content, curating strategic partnership insights, and driving the publication of high-impact stories in the SayPro Monthly Magazine. The Coordinator will collaborate across departments and partner organizations to ensure relevant, high-quality documentation is captured, categorized, and communicated through SayPro’s digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. GPT-Powered Topic Generation
- Generate and manage 5 GPT prompts per week, each producing 100 strategic partnership topics related to SayPro’s thematic programs.
- Ensure prompts are aligned with SayPro’s current focus areas (e.g., education, youth development, gender, health, sustainability).
2. Thematic Categorization and Alignment
- Review and categorize GPT-generated topics into strategic themes.
- Validate relevance to SayPro’s strategic goals and operational pillars.
3. Content Collection and Curation
- Liaise with SayPro departments and external partners to gather, review, and verify content related to program partnerships.
- Organize stories, reports, infographics, and testimonials for digital publication.
4. Digital Content Management
- Upload and maintain verified content on the SayPro Magazine content system and SayPro performance dashboard.
- Ensure all uploads meet editorial standards and visual identity guidelines.
5. Editorial Contributions
- Draft, edit, and finalize articles, stories, and media entries for the May edition (and ongoing issues) of the SayPro Monthly Magazine.
- Work closely with designers and editors to ensure timely delivery and publication.
6. Project & Deadline Management
- Track submission progress across departments using SayPro’s editorial portal.
- Ensure all stories and reports meet internal timelines, quality standards, and partner reporting needs.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written communication and editorial skills
- Familiarity with GPT or AI content generation tools
- Ability to analyze and categorize thematic content
- Digital publishing and basic content management system (CMS) experience
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Attention to detail, quality assurance, and brand alignment
- Professionalism in cross-functional communication
- Interest or background in development, education, youth empowerment, or strategic partnerships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Development Studies, Journalism, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in program coordination, editorial work, or partnership documentation
- Prior experience with digital media, remote collaboration tools, or AI content tools is an advantage
