Each submission must include the following information:
1. Program Name and Purpose
- Official program title
- Brief description of the program’s goals and objectives
2. SayPro’s Role and Partner Name
- Specify SayPro’s role (e.g., lead, co-implementer, supporter)
- Name(s) of partner organization(s) involved
3. Region/Country of Implementation
- Geographic location(s) where the program is active
4. Type of Partnership
- Nature of partnership contribution(s), such as:
- Funding
- Training
- Program Development
- Logistics Support
- Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
- Technical Assistance
- Advocacy/Policy Support
5. Supporting Media and Evidence
- Relevant images, videos, or graphics
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Outcomes and impact data (quantitative/qualitative)
6. GPT Prompt Theme Alignment
- Specify which GPT-generated theme(s) the submission aligns with (e.g., Youth Empowerment, Digital Innovation, Environmental Sustainability, etc.)
Note: Incomplete submissions may delay review and integration into SayPro databases and reports.
