Purpose:
To formally register the employee under SayPro’s Data Science Strategic Partnership Program and enable access to SayPro’s AI tools, data collaboration systems, and strategic reporting platforms.

B. Role Declaration	Position Title, Assigned Project(s), Reporting Line
C. Area of Data Science Focus	(Tick one or more): – Organisational Performance Analytics – HR & Workforce Analytics – Operational Data Efficiency – Strategic Planning & Forecasting
D. Access Needs	Required Tools: GPT Topic Generator, Data Dashboard, Accreditation Tracker
E. Strategic Objectives	Short summary (100–150 words) on how the employee intends to support data science-driven partnerships
F. Data Ethics Acknowledgment	Agreement to SayPro’s Responsible Data Use Policy and compliance with ethical standards
G. Signature & Endorsement	Employee Signature Supervisor/Department Head Approval (digital or scanned)

Onboarding Roles: Within 5 working days of role confirmation
Existing Staff: By May 31, 2025
