🔹 Step-by-Step Mapping Process
Step 1: Theme Extraction
Use the GPT-generated strategic themes (e.g. 1,000 themes from the 10 prompts).
Step 2: Partner Identification
List all existing and potential partners, including:
- Private Sector (e.g. construction firms, tech companies, banks)
- Donors & Foundations (e.g. Mastercard Foundation, EU, USAID)
- Government Bodies (e.g. Department of Higher Education, Public Works)
- NGOs & Development Agencies (e.g. GIZ, Save the Children, UNDP)
