- To review progress on ongoing strategic partnerships and SCSPR initiatives (e.g., SCSPR-17 outcomes).
- To share updates on TVET infrastructure projects, partnership engagements, and funding pipelines.
- To align cross-functional teams (Strategic Partnerships, Finance, Engineering, Education).
- To identify new opportunities and challenges in expanding TVET colleges.
- To foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among SayPro staff and external stakeholders.
🔹 Who Should Participate
- SayPro Strategic Partnerships Office staff
- Finance Unit representatives
- Engineering and Technical leads
- Education and Curriculum specialists
- Monitoring & Evaluation team members
- Selected external partners or donor representatives (invited)
- Executive leadership as needed
🔹 Pre-Roundtable Preparation
- Review agenda and meeting materials shared via the SayPro Portal or email.
- Update your unit’s progress reports and upload relevant documentation to the portal.
- Prepare key discussion points or questions related to your area.
- Familiarize yourself with recent partnership developments and validated strategic themes.

- Be punctual and engaged—join on time and actively participate.
- Provide concise updates on your team’s contributions and challenges.
- Share data-driven insights or highlights from portal uploads and partnership mappings.
- Offer constructive feedback and suggest innovative ideas aligned with SayPro’s mission.
- Document any action items or follow-ups assigned to your unit.

- Upload a summary report or meeting minutes to the SayPro Portal.
- Assign responsibility for follow-up tasks and update the portal task tracker.
