09:00 – 17:00 (CAT / UTC +02:00), Monday to Friday


Position Summary:

The Strategic Quality Partnerships Officer plays a critical role in shaping and delivering the “Quality Partnerships” section of SayPro Monthly Magazine. This role involves the strategic coordination of quality-centric partnership content, alignment with editorial standards, and deployment of AI tools to enhance thematic development. The Officer will drive excellence in partnership reporting, ensure alignment with SayPro’s Quality Assurance Framework, and contribute directly to content curation and publishing workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development & Coordination
    • Manage the editorial and operational workflow for quality-focused partnership features in the magazine.
    • Supervise and coordinate submissions for the “Quality Partnerships” section of the May Edition and subsequent issues.
  • AI-Powered Theme Generation
    • Use SayPro’s GPT tools to generate a minimum of 100 quality-themed topics per prompt, focusing on:
      • Quality management systems
      • Standards and benchmarking
      • Best practices in strategic partnerships
      • Policy-aligned audits and evaluations
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collect validated content from internal departments and external contributors using SayPro Forms.
    • Maintain active communication with SayPro’s Strategic Partners to ensure timely and relevant contributions.
  • Editorial Oversight
    • Ensure that all curated content aligns with SayPro’s editorial and publishing standards.
    • Review and finalize layout drafts before publication in collaboration with SayPro’s editorial and design teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records and archives of all content and partnership submissions.
    • Submit weekly progress updates and a final quality summary report through the SayPro Website Dashboard.
  • Quality Alignment
    • Coordinate and verify that all published content adheres to the SayPro Quality Assurance Framework and aligns with its global development standards.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Journalism, Public Policy, International Relations, Development Studies, or Quality Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in publishing, editorial work, or partnership development.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, standards, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Proficiency with digital content tools, forms-based data collection, and remote communication platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (especially GPT-based applications) preferred.
  • Excellent written communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural, global team.
