Position Summary
SayPro is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, and content-savvy Strategic Partnerships Administrator to support the development and publication of the Administrative Edition of the SayPro Monthly Magazine. This role is integral to SayPro’s mission of fostering high-impact administrative strategic partnerships and building knowledge capacity across internal departments. You will serve as a key liaison between departments, digital tools, and editorial teams, ensuring content is insightful, standardized, and strategically aligned.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Content Development & Coordination
- Lead the development and coordination of administrative strategic partnership content for the May edition of SayPro Monthly Magazine.
- Curate insights, case studies, and tools contributed by internal administrative departments globally.
- Edit and align content submissions to fit SayPro’s editorial and strategic standards.
🔹 AI-Based Topic Extraction
- Use SayPro’s AI-enabled GPT Module to generate and organize 100 themed topics per prompt, focused on administrative improvement and collaboration.
- Work with the Strategic Partnerships Office to refine prompts and implement feedback from AI-generated insights.
🔹 Cross-Departmental Engagement
- Act as the primary contact for departments submitting administrative materials and partnership data.
- Facilitate collaboration across units by gathering administrative innovations and partnership practices.
- Support knowledge exchange and internal storytelling around administrative excellence.
🔹 Reporting & Documentation
- Submit weekly activity logs, contribution summaries, and partnership engagement reports via the SayPro platform.
- Create strategic dashboards and summary reports that reflect SayPro’s administrative partnership footprint and impact.
🔹 Editorial Quality Assurance
- Ensure all submitted and published materials comply with SayPro’s internal policies, document standards, and branding guidelines.
- Liaise with the editorial team to prepare finalized content for digital publishing.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Communications, International Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years in editorial coordination, strategic partnerships, or administrative operations
- Strong command of AI-driven content tools (e.g., GPT-based modules, document management systems)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Experience with remote collaboration platforms and workflow tools
- Familiarity with knowledge management and process documentation practices
