  • Priority Level: High, Medium, or Low based on impact and feasibility.
  • Potential Partners: List of organizations or entities aligned with the theme.
  • Partner Alignment Score: Quantitative score evaluating fit and interest (scale 1-10).
  • Engagement Status: Current status such as Not Contacted, Contacted, Meeting Scheduled, LOI Requested, Proposal Submitted, Confirmed.
  • Next Steps: Immediate action items to progress the partnership.
  • Responsible Employee: Name of the SayPro staff member managing the theme/partner.

Usage Tips:
