Target Region/College	Geographic location or college where the project is proposed
Suggested Partner Type	Corporate, Government, Donor, NGO, Academic, Multilateral, etc.
Potential Partners (Name)	Specific organizations SayPro could engage (e.g., MTN, USAID, Absa, DBSA)
