- Achieve and sustain 100% compliance with SayPro’s digital record-keeping policies.
- Verify that all uploaded records are complete, properly categorized, and accessible for future reference.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any gaps or missing documents in the archive.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to enforce document submission deadlines and standards.
- Report compliance status monthly to the SayPro Strategic Partnerships Office.
