- Schedule and conduct interviews, focus groups, or surveys with key administrative stakeholders.
- Collect, document, and organize testimonials and case examples for inclusion in SayPro publications and internal knowledge repositories.
- Follow up with contributors to clarify information and obtain necessary approvals for publication.
- Report outreach progress and insights regularly to the SayPro Strategic Partnerships Office.
