SayPro Administrative Partnership Submission Requirements

To ensure consistency and completeness in documenting administrative partnerships across SayPro, the following information must be submitted for each partnership or process improvement initiative:

  1. Department Name and Function within SayPro
    Example: Human Resources – Onboarding and Compliance
  2. Type of Administrative Partnership or Process Improvement
    Example: Cross-departmental document automation; external training vendor integration
  3. Contributor Details
    • Name: ____________________________________
    • Designation: ______________________________
  4. Supporting Documentation(Attach where applicable)
    • Case study or success summary
    • Measurable outcomes (KPIs, ROI, or before/after metrics)
    • Visuals or diagrams illustrating the process improvement
  5. GPT Prompt Match Confirmation Sheet
    • Confirm if the initiative aligns with an AI-generated topic
    • Attach the prompt and extracted theme from the GPT system
    • Note: Use the SayPro GPT Prompt Log Sheet format
  6. Date of Submission and Review Outcome
