SayPro Required Information for Each Medical Accreditation Submission

To ensure a complete and compliant accreditation submission, all medical partners must provide the following information when applying for SayPro accreditation:


1. Institution Name

  • Full legal name of the medical institution or training provider.
  • Include any registered trading or operating names, if applicable.

2. Medical Specialty

  • Clearly indicate the specific medical field(s) the institution is seeking accreditation for.
  • Examples include:
    • General Medicine
    • Nursing
    • Dentistry
    • Pharmacy
    • Allied Health (e.g., Physiotherapy, Radiology)
    • Public Health
    • Emergency Medical Services (EMS)

3. Country

  • Specify the country in which the institution is registered and operates.
  • If the institution operates in multiple countries, provide a primary location for accreditation purposes.

4. Accreditation Status

  • Indicate the current accreditation status of the institution with SayPro:

    • ๐ŸŸก Renewal (Previously accredited)
    • ๐Ÿ”ต Extension (Adding new medical specialties or campuses)
    • ๐Ÿ”ด Pending Review
  • Include any existing accreditation reference numbers (if available).

  • Supporting documentation must be submitted digitally via the SayPro Digital Accreditation Management System (DAMS).
