Output Format: Web-ready and printable PDF (Magazine double-page spread)
🎨 Execution Steps
1. Gather Approved Content
- Retrieve finalized and categorized articles, interviews, features, and partner pieces from the SayPro Editorial Dashboard
- Ensure each content file is:
- Proofed and approved
- Tagged with its SayPro Content Theme
- Includes high-resolution images, charts, logos, and contributor credits
2. Select Design Templates
- Choose appropriate SayPro Magazine Design Templates for:
- Feature stories
- Department reports
- Partner showcases
- Youth voices and multimedia content
- Templates include:
- Two-column editorial spread
- Image-focused partner profile
- Interview with pull quotes
- Infographic layout (for stats or impact data)
3. Design Content Layouts
- Use SayPro layout tools (or external platforms integrated into SayPro) to:
- Apply uniform headers, typography, footers, and branding
- Insert content text, visuals, partner logos, and pull quotes
- Format for mobile, desktop, and PDF readability
- Ensure proper image rights and resolution (300 DPI for print)
4. Quality Review and Revisions
- Conduct a visual and editorial review:
- Verify brand consistency, alignment, and spacing
- Check for content misplacement or formatting errors
- Circulate drafts to:
- Editorial team for text proofing

5. Finalize and Upload
