SayPro will compile and publish 1 detailed report per province in South Africa on the current state of Home Ownership Transfer (HOT) cases under traditional authority systems. These reports will serve as a key accountability and insight mechanism, tracking progress, identifying challenges, and informing stakeholders of provincial trends and achievements in property transfer processes in traditional communities.
