Rate of Digital Engagement with SayPro’s Qualification Accreditation Portal by Police Officers

  • Objective: Ensure that all accredited police officers are fully engaged with SayPro’s digital platform for training, certification, and professional development.
  • Target:
    • Goal: Achieve 100% digital engagement from all accredited police officers with the SayPro qualification accreditation portal by June 30, 2025.
  • Measurement Criteria:
    • Engagement is defined as officers accessing the SayPro Qualification Accreditation Portal to complete:
      • Training modules
      • Certification processes
      • Professional development activities
    • Tracking of login frequency, module completion, and active participation in digital sessions via the platform’s analytics dashboard
    • Ensuring that all officers listed in accredited departments have an active account and have completed at least one training or accreditation task during the reporting period
    • Use of SayPro Police Performance Evaluation Form to track and report progress
  • Responsible Unit: SayPro Digital Engagement and Officer Development Team
  • Tracking Tool: SayPro Digital Engagement Dashboard (SP-DED/2025)
  • Reporting Frequency: Weekly engagement tracking, monthly progress updates
